The Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital Sagamu, is a nongovernmental, apolitical, non-for-profit professional Association of medical doctors in Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (MDCAN OOUTH) who are specialists.

The Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital Sagamu is a member of Medical and Dental Consultants’ Association of Nigeria (MDCAN).

The Medical and Dental Consultants’ Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), an affiliate of Nigerian Medical Association is the largest specialist medical association in the West African sub-region with over 2,000 members from teaching and specialist hospitals from all parts of Nigeria.

Policy decisions are made by the Association’s Executive Council which is the governing body. The Executive Council is the governing body of the Association and has full powers to act on its behalf in the period between the Annual General and Ordinary General’ Meetings in accordance with the provisions of the bye laws of the Association unless otherwise stated in the bye laws.
